Saturday Sketch 011 - Man with cigarette

Here is a digital sketch I made when I started playing with my graphics tablet.

Saturday Sketch 010 - Girl portrait

Here is a sketch of a girl portrait made in approx A6 sketchpad with noodlers bulletproof ink and Baoer fountain pen.

Saturday sketch 009 - Final farewell

The sketch has been made with Adonit JOT PRO on iPad using sketches. JOT PRO do not have touch sensitivity so using it for drawing is bit inhibitive for a free flowing sketch. Neverthless it is a very good budget stylus to draw on Ipad thanks to IPads sensitive screen Adonits fine point and awesome drawing Apps in Appstore. One problem that continuously bothers though is that the lines do not seem to follow the point where tip touches (parallax??). I am not sure wehether this happens with all  combination of stylus and touchscreen devices.

Saturday Sketch 008 - Couple

Here is a pen and ink drawing with a light watercolor wash on photopaper.

Saturday Sketch 007 - Dreamland

This digital painting is done from scratch without any reference in paint tool SAI. The tools is great for free hand painting though aftereffects and brush tools are limited.

Saturday Sketch 006 - Veiled

This sketch of a veiled woman with modern topwear is made on regular A4 cartridge paper. Made with Camlin charcoal stick which found to be super smooth and black on cartridge as well as other drawing sheets. Smudging and erasing techniques can be used so easily to add wonderful effects.

And a little touch of colour

Saturday Sketch 005 - Flowers in a crystal glass

This minimalistic drawing with loose lines of flowers with leaves and stalks in a crystal glass with water is drawn with micron 0.5 black pen on A5 matte white photo paper of 250 gsm thickness.

Saturday Sketch 002 - Reminiscence

This pen and ink drawing of an old man reminiscing his past is made with dip pen and Sumi ink on a white chart paper, 4x5 inch.
